What is Crossword like?

Crossword is an annual 4 day camp focused on encouraging KZN teens at the various points in the discipleship pathway. The camp is evangelistic (preaching for conversions), word-focused (digging into Jesus’ word), relational and Jesus-celebrating!

CrossWord KZN aims to make lifelong lovers of Jesus through discipleship training for leaders and discipleship focused events for teenagers.

What are we going to learn about?

This year, Richard Edgecombe will be taking us through the book of Jonah.

The book of Jonah shows that God is a God on mission. His heart is for all nations, not just Israel. Even when Jonah runs away, God pursues him and redirects him because His plan is to bring mercy to Nineveh. The story reveals God’s relentless commitment to reaching the lost, His compassion for people who don’t know Him, and His desire to involve even reluctant servants in His saving work. Jonah is less about the prophet’s failure and more about God’s determination to see His mission of grace accomplished.

Crossword doesn’t happen without the leaders! If you’d love to get stuck in, contact us. The leaders will head through a day early.
We also have a leaders training weekend where you’ll be able to meet the other leaders!
